Breaking into international automotive export markets requires far more than a listings page. Te Kairiri Motors faced a multi-front challenge: building cross-border buyer trust without a physical showroom, communicating vehicle condition accurately across language and cultural barriers, handling multi-currency pricing with real-time exchange rate sensitivity, and competing against established Japanese exporters with decade-long reputations. Buyers in Pakistan, New Zealand, and Australia each had different compliance requirements, import duties, and inspection standards — all of which had to be surfaced clearly without overwhelming the UX.
